At seven years old, while other children played outside, I was learning the language of medicine. My mother, a devoted nurse, and my father, a dedicated paramedic working grueling shifts, built our family's foundation within the rhythms of western medicine. This early immersion seemed to chart my destiny.
I believed I understood healing.
I thought I knew what it meant
to help people get well.

When my three year old daughter was diagnosed with autism, everything I thought I knew about health and healing was challenged. In that pivotal moment, divine intervention revealed truths
about the human body's capacity for restoration that medical school never taught. Truths that would revolutionize not just my career,
but my entire understanding of
what it means to truly heal.
I stepped away from conventional medicine and devoted the next decade to mastering Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, determined to understand the root causes of illness rather than merely managing symptoms.
In 2018, my commitment to this new path was tested when dormant Lyme disease returned with a vengeance, manifesting as a severe episode
of Bell's Palsy. Instead of following the
traditional route of steroids and antibiotics,
I chose to heal myself naturally using
the principles I had recently learned.
Through this transformative journey, my daughter healed so profoundly that her school questioned whether her autism diagnosis should remain. My Bell's Palsy reversed in less than a week, and my Lyme disease has never returned.

Today, as a dedicated practitioner and nurturing mother of four, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and maternal insight
to every person I serve.
to empower individuals to unlock their
innate healing potential by harnessing the intrinsic power of the human body and spirit, aligning them with our Creator and
with universal laws and principles.
A movement toward recognizing that your
body was designed to heal, that symptoms are messengers rather than enemies, and that true wellness comes from addressing the whole person, not just isolated parts.
